JumpCloud will be performing database maintenance on Saturday May 14th, 15:00 UTC to 17:00 UTC (09:00 AM MDT to 11:00 AM MDT). JumpCloud services, including the Admin and User console may be unavailable for up to three minutes periodically during this window. This may result in connection errors and the need to re-login. We recommend trying to limit changes during this time as updates may be delayed until the maintenance is over. Users should not expect any disruption with logins to JumpCloud managed devices.
