Scheduled maintenance is progressing well, but we're expecting this to last longer than previously estimated. We are not expecting any significant impact to either the User or Admin consoles, but we are now estimating the time to complete closer to 21:00 UTC (14:00 MST). During this time, users may experience some slight delays, but should be able to successfully use the applications.

JumpCloud will be performing database maintenance on Saturday December 4th, 16:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC (09:00 AM MST to 12:00 PM MST). JumpCloud services, including the Admin and User console may be unavailable for up to three minutes periodically during this window. This may result in connection errors and the need to re-login. We recommend trying to limit changes during this time as updates may be delayed until the maintenance is over. Users should not expect any disruption with logins to JumpCloud managed devices.
