We will be performing maintenance on JumpCloud’s login infrastructure on Saturday, November 23rd, from 16:00 UTC to 17:30 UTC (09:00 AM MST to 10:30 AM MST). During this maintenance window, access to certain login flows will be intermittently unavailable. This includes:

Federated logins to the User Portal: Users logging in via 3rd party identity providers to access their JumpCloud User Portal.

JumpCloud Go registration: Enrollment and registration processes for JumpCloud Go.

Device account provisioning: Provisioning of new user associations to device accounts using JumpCloud logins.

Please note: Admin portal logins will not be impacted during this maintenance window.
