This incident has been resolved. New agent installations should now register as expected in the JumpCloud Admin Console. Any systems that failed to register (i.e. showing up as blank systems in the Admin Console) are safe to be deleted. Please reach out to email@example.com for any questions.

We're currently investigating reports of degraded performance with JumpCloud's Agent for systems service. Notably, systems are failing to propagate correctly in the JumpCloud console for new agent installations.
We are investigating the cause of the issues currently, and will update the status event once resolved.
