The JumpCloud Authorization and Authentication API endpoint will be deprecated on February 9, 2018.

This notice of scheduled maintenance is a complement to the email notifications (beginning in Q4-2017) sent to JumpCloud administrators using the platform's authentication and authorization API endpoint (auth.jumpcloud.com). If you are not leveraging this endpoint, you may disregard this message. We are utilizing this maintenance communication page to ensure all channels are exhausted as we near our maintenance window to turn off this service.

On March 14th, JumpCloud Tags functionality will be deprecated. At this time you should be planning to migrate to Groups. If you do not migrate your organization from Tags to Groups, it will be migrated on March 14. Please refer to our Knowledge Base Article on this subject.

Resolved - A partial outage for SSO and RADIUS occurred from 12:40 PM MDT, and was resolved at 1:40 PM MDT. All operations after 11:48:51 AM UTC have returned to normal, and the issue is currently considered resolved. Updates made to RADIUS between 12:28 AM MDT and 12:40 PM MDT may need to be resynchronized- This includes updates to: User Bindings, Shared Secret Updates, IP Address updates.
