Description: RCA for Agent Registration Degradation
At approximately 15:00 MDT on 2022-08-10, some JumpCloud customers experienced issues with successfully registering systems. When attempting to install new Agents on devices, they were returned a “Could not register with JumpCloud” message. This lasted until approximately 17:00 MDT on 2022-08-10.
The mechanism JumpCloud uses to programmatically render configuration files became degraded and failed to notify two of our Agent HAProxy servers of necessary changes after the completion of a schedule deploy to that service layer. Customers attached to these two instances experienced degraded service registering Agents.
