JumpCloud will be performing database maintenance on Saturday April 23rd, 13:00 UTC to 15:00 UTC (07:00 AM MDT to 09:00 AM MDT). JumpCloud Cloud Directory Integrations (Google Workspace, M365/Azure AD), HR Directories (Workday Import), and User Import from CSV will be unavailable during this time. Additionally, scheduled system user suspensions may be delayed up to two hours if scheduled during this window. We recommend trying to limit bulk user changes during this time as well, as those updates may be delayed until the maintenance is over.

There may also be times during this window where the User or Admin portal are unavailable for up to three minutes periodically. Users should not expect any disruption with logins to JumpCloud managed devices.
